<p><strong>How to Cook:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Start with 1 bag of our Karaage Flour Mix Soy Sauce Flavour. You'll also need 100cc of water and 500g of chicken.</li>
<li>In a bowl, combine the water and flour thoroughly.</li>
<li>Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and place them in the bowl. Gently massage the flour mixture onto the chicken for about 30 seconds. Let the chicken rest in the flour for 10 minutes.</li>
<li>Heat oil to 170 to 180 degrees and deep fry the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes.</li>
<li>Avoid overcrowding the pan to maintain the oil temperature. Aim for an oil depth of about 3 to 4 cm for best results.</li>
