Inflation Method:
Use a straw or a hand air pump to inflate via the self-sealing valve (located on the side or bottom of the balloon).
These balloons are air-fill only (not suitable for helium).
Inflate slowly until the balloon is fully expanded but not overinflated some slight wrinkles on the edges are normal.
Deflation Method:
Insert the same straw into the valve gently to open it.
Press down on the balloon to slowly release the air.
Once deflated, fold carefully and store for reuse.
